Britney Spears is seeking to make changes to her conservatorship, which has been in place since 2008. The 38-year-old singer is asking that her father, Jamie Spears, be removed as her conservator, according to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight.A conservatorship is put in place when a judge appoints a responsible person or organization ndash; the conservator ndash; to care for another adult who cannot care for himself or herself or manage his or her own finances, according to the California court system.According to the court documents filed on Monday, Spears wants Jodi Montgomery to become her permanent conservator. WASHINGTON -- An unmanned Army surveillance blimp broke loose from its ground tether at a military base in Maryland on Wednesday and drifted over central Pennsylvania as two Air Force fighter asics jets tracked it.
