The Milwaukee Police Department confirmed that the pedestrian was a 10-year-old on a bicycle. The Food and Drug Administration recently warned consumers alcohol-based hand sanitizers are being sold in containers that look like water bottles or food pouches -- some even smell like chocolate or raspberry.The government agency says is confusing to kids and it s making it more tempting to ingest.
