The p stanley kaffeebecher ublic will soon have more clarity on two recent school board censures.The Halton Catholic District School Board HCDSB decided on Oct. 4 it will be releasing the code of conduct reports that led to the barring of聽Burlington trustee Vincent Iantomasi聽and聽Oakville trustee Helena Karabela from multiple meetings. The reports were repeatedly cited during discussions of tho stanley water bottle se bans, but at that point the decision was made to keep them private.As stanley mug per policy I-36 Trustee Code of Conduct, the board is not required to make the report public. However, in the 4-2 vote on the Oct. 4 motion to release the report, the board declared the ruling to keep the reports private did not meet the necessary criteria for withholding details from the public. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW Following the vote, Marvin Duarte, the chair of the board of trustees, said the reports would be released soon. The reports shall be released right away. The reports will be given to the directors office and they will be put into the minutes of the next meeting, said Duarte. HCDSB representatives indicated they would be made available as soon they were prepared.Trustees Patrick Murphy, Nancy Guzzo, Brenda Agnew and Janet OHearn-Czarnota voted in favour of the release.
