PIKESVILLE, Md. - A 13-year-old boy in Maryland has been charged with assault after police say he grabbed a fellow eighth grader and kissed her.Administrators at Pikesville Middle School notified the school resource officer of the incident on Wednesday morning.Police told CBS Baltimore they interviewed a 14-year-old girl who says her 13-year-old classmate grabbed her shirt near her stomach and open-mouth kissed her with his tongue.
