TAMPA, Fla. -- Cash just got to the Tampa Bay Human Society and hes already a favorite.But the Beagle mix will need some love and care.Cash is one of 13 dogs brought here part of a massive animal cruelty case in Dixie County.Authorities rescued about 145 dogs from a property where they were living in terrible conditions.
