A Brampton truck driver and owner of a trucking business is facing a slew of charges after police said they were caught red-handed dumping waste illegally in a construction site in Caledon two days in a row.On May 1, police were called to a dump truck rollover on Mayfield Road, near McLaughlin Rd.Police believe the truck had been dumping construction waste, including dirt, bricks, shrubs and patio stones without permission in a construction site nearby. Police will be setting up a command post Wednesday afternoon as they continue their investigation into two shootings within a week in an Ajax neighbourhood.The incidents, during which shots were fired at a residence and vehicles on Jan. 7 and again Jan. 10, have unnerved residents of Gamble Drive, i stanley becher n the area of Salem and Taunton roads.
