The Ontario government announced it is accelerating eligibility for second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday but local health department officials are still looking for more details.According to the province, all Ontario residents who received their first dose of an mRNA vaccine, Pfizer or Moderna, before May 9 will be eligible to rebook their second dose appointment at a shortened interval starting on June 21.On June 23, anyone who received their first mRNA vaccine on or before May 30 who live in a Delta hot spot, including Durham, will be able to rebook their second appointment.
