Washington mdash; Congressman Henry Cuellar, a Democrat from Texas, said Sunday that U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities remain overwhelmed as the Biden administration confronts a surge of migrants, many of them unaccompanied children, crossing the southern border into the U.S. Border Patrol does not want to keep people there longer than 72 hours, Cuellar said in an interview with Face the Nation about migrant children being held at border detention centers. But there s two issues, two factors coming into play.
