The City of Cambridge is considering extending the two-hour free parking in the Dickson Street parking lot in downtown Galt.At the Oct. 1 general committee meeting, councillors approved a staff recommendation that would allow two-hour free parking to be extended in the Dickson Street lot, and allow free daytime weekend parking in all core parking lots.Councillors further approved a staff request to initiate a new citywide parking master plan in 2020, pending budget approval.
