An Halton Hills man is facing charges after Wellington OPP say he was involved in a collision driving a pickup truck that he didnt have permission to be using.Wellington OPP responded to a call at 1:00 a.m. on May 30, relating to a collision at Trafalgar Road and 17 Sideroad.Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Services attended the scene, and transported the driver to hospital, who had non-life-threatening facial injuries. Upon arrival at the hospital the driver was noncompliant with police and refused to comply with the blood demand, said Wellington OPP.
