The Milwaukee County District Attorney s Office said it is now investigating the death of DVontaye Mitchell as a homicide. Mitchell died on June 30 outside the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee. The Milwaukee County District Attorney s Office said it is now investigating the death of DVontaye Mitchell as a homicide. Mitchell died on June 30 outside the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee.
