PHILADELPHIAndash; A new road to professional and personal development will open for employees at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support early next year. Joanne Anello, a division chief in the Industrial Hardware supply chain, is developing a mentorship program based on employee feedback in the 2016 DLA Culture Survey and subsequent IH Culture Improvement Team meetings.Anello has worked in three Troop Support supply chains and volunteered to help groom junior employees in the Pathways to Career Excellence program before she became a supervisor in IH. Shersquo using her experience to create the program, which is called Industrial Hardware Success and Partnership in Reaching Excellence, or InSPIRE.
