Hamilton police have charged a man with second-degree murder after a woman was found dead in his apartment.They say officers and paramedics responding to a 911 call found a man who needed medical attention on Monday night.Police stanley cup say one of the officers recognized the 39-year-old man as someone he had dealt with before and who lived in a nearby building.
