A nearly eight-foot-long alligator attacked a woman who was walking her dog around a small lake in her neighborhood in Palm Harbor, Florida Tuesday, CBS Tampa affiliate WTSP-TV reports. LAND O LAKES, Fla. -- A massive sinkhole that swallowed up two homes and a boat last month is growing, Florida officials announced Saturday.Pasco County officials during a news conference that a large chunk of the hole s edge has collapsed. Two more homes in Land O Lakes, a Tampa suburb, have been condemned.Authorities said they couldn t determine if the sinkhole was still active, but geologists would make that determination, CBS affiliate WTSP-TV in Tampa reports.
