BRACEBRIDGE聽 鈥?For only the second time in the 30-year history of the Rotary Club of Bracebridges Citizen of the Year Award, it has been given to a Rotarian.The honour was bestowed on Jean Polak at the clubs 80th charter night held Dec. 9.Polak is involved in many aspects of the club and community. She is renown for some of the clubs most public displays, including; as a licensed pyrotechnician for nine years for the annual Canada Day fireworks display, and being heavily involved in the annual Rotary musical.
