Halton police have made a number of impaired driving arrests in the last week, including a 25-year-old man in Oakville.On Sunday Nov. 27 , a citizen called police to report a suspected impaired driver. Responding officers located the vehicle in a drive-thru of an Oakville restaurant. Police allege the driver displayed signs of impairment and was transported to the station for a breathalyzer test. The 25-year-old man was charged with impaired driving with a blood alcohol level greater than 80 mgs.Another arrest was made a day earlier, Nov. 26 in Milton. A citizen reported a vehicle travelling erratically. Police located the vehicle parked in a nearby lot, a short time later.
